Double Room With En Suite Bathroom

Double room, in a new quiet area attached to a big park. The room is at the 2nd floor. The home is a maisonette in a new area 10 minute walking from Uxbridge underground and the shopping centre. Near the gran canal if you like nature and relax.

First floor:
shared kitchen, bedroom (for a landlord when needed) and toilet. I travel a lot therefore you will not see me often. Second floor: two bedrooms and two toilets.

The double room that I rent has a en-suite bathroom with shower, double bed, two windows two wardrobes. Desk and office chair. Bills, tax and Internet are included.

The housemate is an engineer, clean and reliable person. He works from the office.

Very clean, nice, tidy place. No smoking, pet or parties.

AREA: New building in a new area located 10 minute walking from the centre of Uxbridge and the underground station ( Piccadilly & Metropolitan line) and few minute from the park. Close to the bus for Heathrow Airport (30 minutes) or 15 minute by car.
