Self contained studio within house

Hi - thanks for checking out my ad!

This is a newly built and fully decorated studio in the top floor of a house in a quiet and peaceful residential street minutes away from Uxbridge town centre (shopping centre, bus station, metropolitan and picadilly line tube). It is also very near (easily walking distance)to Brunel university, and further up from there, Hillingdon Hospital.

Bathroom, kitchenette, and furniture (chest of drawers, wardrobe, and an ottoman bed which lifts for a great deal of storage within the base). Fridge-freezer and washing machine included with kettle/toaster/microwave-oven/dishes/cutlery - you only need to move in!

Due to the new condition I am unable to consider short-term lets I'm afraid. The rest of the house is occupied by a retired lady so quiet professional female preferred.
