Double room available for a couple

Hi. We have a spare double room for a couple which is going to be ready from June 20th. The room comes with a build-in wardrobe, a drawer and a double bed. The house have one family bathroom upstairs right next to the double room and another small toilet on ground floor. We also have a garden and parking for at least 2 cars. Council tax included in the full price.
The people we are looking for must be respectful same as they would expect us to be and would be a plus if they would speak romanian, but even english is fine. Please call me if interested or just curious about anything. Thank you!
