Double Room near Uxbridge

We’re renting a double room with a king-size bed for £700/month, plus bills (spli by 3 people - you, me and my husband) available ASAP. The house is in Harefield, just 15 minutes by bus from Uxbridge Station, and we’re close to the bus stop.

What’s in the Room:
• King-size bed, desk, mini fridge, wardrobe
• Shared: Large bathroom next to the room with a shower, plus another downstairs bathroom
• Shared living room, dining room, and a lovely garden
• The house is spacious (4 bedrooms), but it’s just me and my husband living here, so it’s quiet and peaceful

A Few Things to Know:
• We have a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable with that!
• We keep the house clean and tidy, and we’re careful about who we have living with us. It’s important for us to find someone who will be respectful, clean, and fits in well with the atmosphere we’ve created.
• We’re looking for one person only and will need references.

We know the rent might seem a bit high, but we love the space and we’re only three people in a big house, so you get plenty of room and privacy. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean home with good people, we’d love to hear from you!
