Double Room – Harefield / Uxbridge

We’re renting out a double room with a king-size bed in our home in Harefield, just 15 minutes by bus from Uxbridge Station. It’s available ASAP for £650/month, plus bills (split fairly between the three of us – me, my husband, and you).

What’s in the room:
- King-size bed
- Wardrobe, desk, mini fridge
- Bright, peaceful, and with plenty of storage

Shared spaces:
- A large bathroom next to the room (with a shower), plus another one downstairs
- Living room, dining room, and a lovely back garden
- Fully equipped kitchen

The house is spacious (4 bedrooms), but it’s just me and my husband living here, so it’s quiet and calm most of the time.

A few honest things to know:
- We have a cat – so only apply if you’re ok with animals around
- We keep the house clean and homely, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with
- We’re looking for one person only (sorry, no couples)
- We’ll need references
- £700 PLUS BILLS NON NEGOTIABLE
