Hi, my partner and I are planning to get a flat in West London.

I‘m currently living in a shared house with 4 other people. This is rental period would be until March 2026, and is likely to renew for another 6 months.

The room has it‘s own semi-ensuite, and you‘ll be sharing a bathroom with one other room. There are 3 bathrooms in total so you won‘t have to wait in the morning or evenings.

There is a student (Brunel) there at the moment, and three who have graduated from the university.

No deposit required (guarantor needed), cheap rent for the space, and good links to university and central London.

The replacement shall be clean, tidy, and respectful. If you‘re young and like to socialise, you‘ll fit right in!
