I have 3 rooms available at the moment, I want to rent any two of them. Single room is spacious with built in closed on ground floor and has a use of toilet on ground floor for shower shared bathroom on first floor, room has no window.
Other two double rooms are on first floor with windows, front facing. One is standard double rooms suitable for one, has plenty on space in built in closets.
Double room has also has built in closets and suitable for one or two for share (price is to be agreed for two).
House has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms also extra toilet downstairs.
Kitchen has all appliances available you can use as long as you leave it clean.
Garden with chairs to enjoy sunny days.
Parking is available but need to get permit yourself.
I have cat, she is introvert and doesn't interfere with anyone else's space.
Everyone takes their turn to clean, we welcome the person who wants to treat this house their own home and keep it clean.
Single room is available from 1st May however the other 2 are available now.
2 min walk to local buses and 15 min away from Uxbridge and west Drayton station.
2 min walk to Brunel University and to local shops on Cowley Road.
We all are full time working and working people are preferred to stay with us.
We have cars so if you need to get your heavy groceries done at Tesco or Lidl, happy to take in free time.
We have Pool table at home, we can play together sometimes.
