We are a young married couple and my sister-in-law, and we are looking for 1–2 people (or a couple) to share our home with us.

We have a spacious, furnished double bedroom available. The room is furnished with the items shown in the photos (excluded tv)

The house also offers:

🚽 2 bathrooms – one downstairs WC and one upstairs bathroom with both a bath and shower
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen
🛋️ Living room

🏠 Hallway

📍 Great location:
The house is around 12 minutes’ walk from Uxbridge town centre and only around 2 minutes by car or bus. The bus stop is less than a minute’s walk from the house, with U9 and U10 services available.

🧹 House rules & requirements:
• No pets
• We expect everyone to respect the house and keep it clean and tidy
• Cleaning is done weekly on a rota, usually on Saturday or, at the latest, Monday
• We are looking for respectful, trustworthy and responsible people
• Ideally, we would like someone looking for a long-term home rather than a short stay

We are both young and work almost every day from morning until evening, so we are looking for someone who is respectful of the house, the rules and everyone’s privacy.

At the same time, we would love to live with someone friendly and easy-going — and who knows, maybe we can become good friends along the way! 😊

💷 Rent: £950/month, with some bills included.

Please note that water and gas costs can vary depending on usage. With the colder months approaching, the gas bill may increase slightly. Water is billed every 6 months.
