Hi, Im offering house share in a friendly, homely, very clean, non-smoking and non-alcoholic environment.

I would only prefer female for the room.

Bright Single room with lot of sunlight available in a four bedroom clean house in Uxbridge. Postcode is UB8. ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK TO BRUNEL UNIVERSITY.

About house: 4 bedrooms, large living room, dining room, big size fitted kitchen, spacious garden and parking for 2 cars available.

Tesco express postoffice and local shops all just 5 minutes away. Indian, Chinese, and pizza takeaway all 2 minutes walk. Excellent location.

Tube stations: is 20 minutes by walk or 5 minutes by bus. Station and uxbridge town centre Within walking proximity. 5 MINUTES TO BRUNEL UNIVERSITY and very close to hillingdon hospital

The price includes all bills as well as sky TV and fast unlimited wireless broadband.
