Two double bedrooms are available for single professionals within a semi-detached house in a quite residential street of Uxbridge Town Centre, next to all amenities and a few minutes' walk from the tube station. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a study desk, one bookshelf and one wardrobe. The total rent for each room is between £525pcm and £575pcm inclusive of all bills, so nothing more than the rent to pay. The newly refurbished bathroom will only be shared by two, and kitchen, laundry and dining room will be house shared.

Please note that the ideal housemate would be a single, quite female professional with good habits.
