This is a newly refurbished property available now. There are 5 large double bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms, one on each floor. There is a large communal kitchen/diner including a large American fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine. Each room has been furnished with modern furniture including a double bed, pillows and linen, a wardrobe, chest of drawers or shelving storage and a desk and chair. This is an ALL FEMALE STUDENT houseshare. Housemates will be young, clean and tidy, easy going, considerate in respect of their fellow housemates and looking for a smart well maintained house.

THE LOCATION

It is situated within walking distant of an array of amenities (supermarkets, library, pubs, restaurants and high street etc within a five minute walk). It is also a short bus/cab ride (5-10 mins) to 2 student hangouts, Liquid and the Electric Lounge nightclubs in Uxbridge. Public transport is within less than 100 metres from the property.

The property has good transport links to Brunel (bus/walk) , Bucks (Uxbridge campus - bus), West London (Ealing - train) and Westminster (Harrow - bus/tube) universities reaching each in 5-15, 15, 15 and 30-40 mins respectively.
