Hi, I have a double room to let for £600pcm inc. in Hillingdon Village, Uxbridge.
It is recently decorated and has a double bed, large & small wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside unit. The house is bright and colourful.
Uxbridge & Hillingdon tube stations are within about 10-15 mins walk (Met & Piccadilly) and on street permit parking outside. It's about 5 mins from the A40/M4/M40/M25. The A10 bus to central Heathrow stops about 30 secs away, along with the 427 to Uxbridge/Ealing.
There will be one live in owner living here full time (and one on the odd occasion)
She's a professional working in finance, with a passion for the creative!
She's 37, easygoing, but tidy! She is keen on cycling, travelling, the great outdoors, gardening, and making arts & crafts in her limited spare time.
The house vibe is laid back and fun but this not a party house.
Bit of extra info - there are 2 pubs within about 20secs walk, a Chinese/off license/general store within the same distance (good) but it's generally nice and quiet (better). For more shops Uxbrdge town centre is close, there is s big Tesco & Lidl near too.
There is wifi available, Sky Q (own TV needed) a nice patio garden and all mod cons. I like the place to be kept tidy but am not over zealous with this!
I'm looking for a like minded individual for an easy sharing life!
