Flat shared with a professional British woman who is friendly, kind, sociable, clean and tidy, renting the single room.

Living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. Include, Smart TV and broadband. Washing machine, fridge freezer. Kitchen utensils, plates, mugs, etc all provided. Bathroom has shower and bath. Bedding, duvet, pillows provided.

The place is very clean and tidy, cared for and respected. This is a home. Very quiet and safe area.

Designated parking space is taken, but there are parking spaces available in the surrounding area.

One mile from Uxbridge town centre and Brunel University. Close to M40, Heathrow and M4. Grand Union Canal is 5 min walk. Parks and recreation grounds also 5 min walk.
