I have 2 double rooms available in a houseshare in Pole Hill Road. The larger of the 2 is £450pcm all inclusive and is available immediately. The smaller double is £400pcm and will become available around the 27th of January. Both double rooms are furnished.

The house provides warm and comfortable living and it has a bathroom, a shower room, plus a downstairs WC, a shared lounge and a fully fitted modern kitchen. There is a large garden at the back and there is off street parking available plus plenty of on street non-restricted parking.

Pole Hill Road in Hillingdon/Uxbridge provides convenient access to the motorways by car and buses are close at hand as the property is only a short walk from the main Uxbridge Road. Hillingdon or Uxbridge tube stops are only a short bus journey away or approx a 40 minute walk for a keen walker!

There is wireless broadband internet available at the house that is included in the rent.

All bills are included so that’s Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, TV licence & internet.

We are looking for a tenant aged between 21 and 40, who is friendly, professional and non-smoking and who is happy to do their share of the cleaning etc.

There are currently 2 girls living at the house who will be staying and they will have some say in who they live with as it is important to them that the house runs well and feels like home.

Although the rooms are double rooms (ie each have a double bed etc they are each for single occupancy ie one person. Sorry no couples as we don't want the house to feel crowded.
