Double room, Uxbridge - near Brunel Uni

We have a large double room available in a 5 bedroom semi detached shared house. Will suit professionals working in and around the Uxbridge area or students/graduates of Brunel University.*

DOUBLE ROOM - From 1st August.

Shared kitchen, bathroom & garden.

The house is conveniently located near the town centre with easy access to local transport.

Uxbridge tube Station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) is about 10/15 minute walk or 3mins by bus. Heathrow is 20mins away by bus (A10) or 8mins by car. The A40 and the M25 are within minutes of the house. And bus stops are almost at the doorstep.

If you are a medical professional (or student) then Hillingdon Hospital is located 8mins walk from the house (1 min by bus).

If you have a car, you can get a permit for street parking. There is plenty of street parking.

The house gets cleaned every fortnight where all the communal areas are done.

We have a shared drive with space for one more medium sized car. Or you can get a permit for street parking.

Current residents are a young(ish) professional married couple working from home, and one other professional.

Double Room (Single Occupant) = £670 pcm
Double Room (Couples) = £720 pcm

The rent includes all bills, council tax, wireless Internet & cleaner.

We prefer a minimum of 2 month stay for tenancy. However, Short term lets of 2 weeks - 3 months will still be considered, but rent may be higher. Please contact for more details.
