This large semi-detached house near Brunel University, is a family home and has two single rooms available for rent. Both rooms are comfortably furnished. The occupants of these rooms will share the Kitchen and Bathroom area. The kitchen has modern facilities including fridge and microwave, with ample storage cupboards. Utility has a washing machine and drying area. The modern bathroom has a large shower and toilet. We do have 2 friendly cats of our own so unfortunately we are not able to offer to accommodate any guests’ pets. This is a non smoking house. The house has a garden and patio area which you are welcome to use.

NOTE:- THE SECOND ROOM IS OCCUPIED BY A GIRL
THEREFORE ANOTHER FEMALE APPLICANT IS PREFERRED.
