The room comes with nearly all of the furniture in the image, but if you have your own furniture, we can discuss putting some of these pieces into storage.
I live in the other bedroom with an ensuite - making the "family bathroom" pictured effectively your private bathroom - which features a full sized bath, with a shower over it.
The kitchen and living room are real highlights of the flat - with a large kitchen big enough for multiple people to cook at once in, with integrated fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, knives, pots and pans, and everything else you could want from a kitchen. The living room has a massive comfy sofa and a huge TV which streams multiple streaming services, all included with the rent.
The balcony is big with additional outdoor storage for less-used items, as well as a lovely seating area. The balcony gets lots of natural light in the mornings - perfect for having breakfast in the sun to start your day.
I am a clean and tidy 24-year-old professional theatre producer. I don't spend a huge amount of time in the flat as I am often out working, but I do enjoy to chill out in the living room and kitchen when I have the time. We have a cleaner come once a month, which is detailed in the bills breakdown below.
