Description

Open to London students to move in ASAP; most students in the building go to Middlesex. The kitchen is big and shared between 7 others - fully furnished with 8 stoves, an oven, a grill, microwave, storage space for each tenant of the flat, 2 large fridge freezers, an island table and chairs.

There is also a communal area for tenants with a long corner leather settee and coffee table which is used often.
The bedroom has a 3/4 length (small double) bed, lots of storage space (under the bed storage and drawers), plenty of shelves, a large desk and chair and mirrors. The bedroom is also en-suite with a shower, sink basin, and more storage above the toilet. The bathroom also has large mirrors and there is a plunger next to the bin. There is also wardrobe space with shelving inside as well as 2 clothing racks.

This specific room is the one of the 2 largest in the flat as is it cornered, so not only has a spectacular view of the central London timeline (the shard, BT tower, top of the London Eye - among others, due to the room being on a high floor) but also has a view of Wembley stadium, which is the closest building to the accommodation.

The bottom floor of the building has a Starbucks and a co-op, and the first floor has a communal area for all who live in the accommodation with several games tables such as table tennis. There is also a garden on the second floor and balcony terraces either side of the building on the 17th floor, which can also be used as smoking areas. There are also multiple quiet/study rooms around the building, 2 movie rooms where employees screen films for free, a postage area for your deliveries and smaller communal areas are frequent. There is also a laundry room.

Across the road is Boxpark Wembley, the London Designer Outlet and Wembley central. Wembley Park tube station is also a 2-minute walk away. All bills and broadband are included in the price, and the contract will end on June 25th 2019, I am leaving because of personal reasons. Everyone in the flat is super friendly and I feel lucky to have spent the autumn term with such a great group of people. The total for the rent from now until the leaving date is £4250.15 - which works out to £212.51 a week from today's date (February the third). This can be split if you are moving in as a couple.

Living here is no hassle as everything is on your doorstep; Lidl, McDonalds, asda, sainsburys, public transport (central is 2 stops away on the tube; with both bakerloo and metropolitan lines running from wembley park), shopping centres and the Wembley high street.

The deposit is a refundable £250, however we can discuss this further. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions regarding anything :)
