Small double room in Wembley / Stonebridge Park

We have one small double room becoming available soon in our house.

The room is furnished (double bed with mattress, chest of drawers), built-in wardrobe.

We are looking for one person to take over.

The house comes with a shared living room, large kitchen, back garden, bbq, and driveway for up to 3 cars.

The living room is on the ground floor and it has 3 couches and a huge TV.

The kitchen is large and bright with south facing windows, which open towards the back garden. It comes with all the usual appliances (hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, etc) and dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We are 2 Romanians and a Greek (all guys) and a Polish couple at the moment in the house.

There are also 2 cats who live on the property. Most of the day they're out and about in other people's gardens. Unfortunately, they don't go well with other pets, so we need to respect their rights as masters of the house.
