The rooms are in a morden, pleasant semi-detached house, which is next to South Kenton Station (one minute walk; Bakerloo Line and Overground), Northwick Park Station (10 minutes walk; Metropolitan line) and The University of Westminster, Harrow Campus.

Bright, spacious sitting room and newly fitted kitchen/shower room lay on the ground floor. Two large double rooms (about 15 square meters each) with another bathroom on the first floor are available to let. The wardrobe, king/double size bed, dressing table and computer desk are fitted in each room.

Most bills are included, such as water, council tax, WIFI, TV licence, except gas and electric.

Non-smoking students or professionals with no pet are welcome.

Parking available, beautiful sunny rear garden for fresh air.
