Shared en-suite double room in a 2-bedroom flat.

Hey hi, Neha here, I live in a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat at Grand Union Canal, HA0 1PY (Stonebridge Park) and I’m looking for someone to share the en-suite room with me. My current flatmate is moving back to India after two years, so the room will be available soon.

The en-suite room has a double bed and two large wardrobes, so it’s spacious and comfortable for two people. The flat is modern, clean, and fully furnished with everything you’d need, so moving in will be super easy.

We’ve been living here for almost 4 years, and we’ve really made it feel like home ❤️ It’s a lovely girls’ flat, and there’s one more girl in the other room, we are both friendly, tidy, and easy-going. We are looking for someone who will treat this place like their home too, and who can connect with us as a friend, not just a flatmate.

The rent for the en-suite room is £1,150, so it’s £575 each when shared.

The location is amazing, there’s a Tesco, Co-op, and Anytime Fitness gym just downstairs, along with a few nice restaurants and other shops. The building also has great amenities including a Concierge service, cinema room, bowling alley, and co-working space, all free for residents.

The bus stop is right downstairs, and both Stonebridge Park and Alperton stations are about a 12-minute walk away, so it’s very well connected and convenient.
