1 bedroom with shared kitchen and bathroom in a ‘twodio’ in Grand Felda House student accommodation, 5 minute walk away from Wembley Park station. My current flatmate Kēwéi who you would be living with is so lovely and very clean and quiet! There are lots of communal areas in the building such as common rooms, downstairs kitchens, cinema room, large courtyard etc. There is a gym next door which you will have a free membership to if you live here which also has a pool. Staff are all very friendly and there is 24 security. Wembley Park is such a nice accessible area, I’ve loved living here for the past 2 years, there are so many shops near by (lidl, Asda, Sainsbury’s, co op) and so many restaurants and cafes. The station also had the met line and jubilee line so very easy to get into central. Available from the 11th of June - 06th September. Rent would have to be all payed in 1 instalment
