Wembley big studio for students 250£/w

Subleasing a Unite Student Olympic Way studio from mid June to September 15th. Will sign a contract for official sublease.

The space is very large with more than thirty square meters. As it is a corner room, there are three large windows. You can lying in bed and watching the sunset. The sound insulation is very good and only has one neighbors. I have a neurosism and am particularly sensitive to sound, but I'm very comfortable living here.

There are microwave, oven, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, sofa, and heating provided. If you need them, I can leave you my kettle, filter, hanger, and miscellaneous seasonings.

There are co-op and Starbucks just on the downstairs. It's a five minute walk from Sainsbury, Everyday Supermarket, Lidl, McDonald's, JD Sports, Currys, Costa, and a milk tea shop. There is a collection restaurant (Boxpark) around. It takes about ten minutes to walk to an outlet, which also has some restaurants inside. It's a six minute walk to Wembley Park station, and it's very convenient to take Metropolitan and Jubilee. Thirty minutes to the city center/ucl/middlesex/westminster.
