I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Affinity House, Wembley, as my current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy on August 15, 2024.
About the Flat:
Location: Affinity House, Wembley HA0
Room: The available room is a spacious double room with ample storage. You also get a private bathroom with a tub!
Amenities: The flat features a fully loaded kitchen (including a dishwasher), a washing machine, and heated flooring.
Rent: £1200 per month (excluding bills)
Availability: From August 16, 2024
Bills: Bills are not included in the rent and will be split equally. These typically include electricity, water, internet, and council tax (Band D).

Transport: There's a bus stop right under the building, and the nearby stations are Stonebridge Park (0.4 miles) and Alperton (0.7 miles), making commuting very convenient.
