Description
Hi! I’m Jennifer, currently living with my two housemates, Maija and Lewis (we previously met Maija on spare room last year) however as i’m moving abroad, I will be looking for a new lovely housemate to replace my space in our brand new ‘aesthetic’ flat in the Grand Union new build developments in Stonebridge Park - 25 mins away from oxford st.
The room available is the biggest double room, featuring a luxe en-suite and king-sized bed plus two spacious built in wardrobes. The property was partly furnished when we moved in, so the only furnished part of the room included within the price is the bed.
I would love if someone is able to move in unfurnished and keep my belongings if needed at an additional cost to make it easier! All of the below was purchased brand new late last year and can be kept in the property for £650.

• Makeup vanity area plus two drawers
• 1 XL arched mirror
We’re fortunate enough to have a prime spot within the new build, featuring an extra large balcony (with purchased outdoor furniture) and an open plan kitchen/ lounge on the 2nd floor, overlooking the canal side and creperie boat.
Amenities in the kitchen include a double fridge, kettle, toaster, air fryer plus a built in microwave and oven plus a large double fridge freezer. There is a large L shape sofa to fit 4, plus a cosy rug, dining table and chairs for 4 plus a large Smart TV + stand. We get so many compliments on how gorgeous the lounge area is, especially when it’s filled with light in the summer!
There also is a large coat cupboard in the hallway room and utility room including a new washing machine, hoover and drying racks.
There are 2 other rooms within the property, all in the similar style, but smaller with double beds. These are occupied by my housemates Lewis and Maija and they share the main bathroom which includes a bath for use. Here’s more about them:
Maija is 25, and is a freelance Wellness Coach, so she loves cooking healthy meals and has an active lifestyle and kind, nurturing nature. She regularly goes out to work in a hybrid space and loves socialising and networking.
Lewis is 33, and is a Social Media Manager in fashion, and loves to chill and enjoy the flat plus socialising when he’s not working 9-5. I’ve known Lewis for over 6 years and he has a very chilled, kind and relaxed vibe and loves a laugh.
The complex has an on-site (and just opened) co-op, anytime fitness gym, 24/7 concierge, underground parking, bowling alley, cinema room, a creperie restaurant and more to come as the development expands. There is also regular events in the community, including food stalls and more.
I’d love to find a suitable replacement who will be a potential friend to continue the lovely energy we’ve kept in the flat so far; so they would really like to meet you and see if you’re the perfect fit before proceeding 😊
