I am looking for a clean, calm and respectful professional. Available from 1 September.

Must like cats.

Transport:
The house is close to overground and Bakerloo line underground station Stonebridge Park - 15 min walk, Wembley Park station is a 25 min walk. The 18 and 440 bus routes are 2 minutes walk away.

The house and room:
The house is detached and has a garden and a very large kitchen/communal space. There is no separate living room available.

There is a toilet on each floor (x2) and the shared bathroom is located upstairs.

The room has lots of built-in storage space and can be rearranged to suit.

Bills:
Very fast 1GB fibre internet and all bills included.
