Have a 45 week contract from the 7th of September 2024 to the 12th of July 2025, but no longer need it as I’m not going to the uni I initially thought I would be.

There’s a double bed and private bathroom.

All bills are included, your room comes with lots of storage, hardwood floors and a bright, modern feel. Sharing a stylish open-plan kitchen and living room with breakfast bar, stools, sofas and essential cooking facilities with up to 5 others, you get the best of both worlds. The building also features a laundry and a social space with pool table.

The site offers £315 per week but I’m happy to do it for just £270 per week as I need it gone!
