IQ Student Accomodation

Hey !
I am looking for someone to take over my IQ ensuite at Wembley. Must be a student.
You will need to pay 4 months of rent upfront and a booking fee (200£) that you usually get back at the end of the tenancy. The room has a private bathroom. You need to share the kitchen with only 3 other people (all students).
