Very quiet and peaceful street. No noisy, not much traffic, no trains, no planes, no music parties around. Mostly occupied by families residential street. What you mostly hear is birds chirping or silence

The extra large room is very large, plenty of space, large bed, Wardrobes, large pc desk, office chair, additional 2 seater sofa, generous room with fantastic sunset and horizons views from the window. peaceful and quite.

The large room is also spacious and roomy. It has a big massive wardrobe, large double bed, pc desk/chair and a coffee table as well as a sofa in it and can be nicely set up as a comfy room. under the bed storage space too. Looks over many green gardens and awaken by sunrise direct inside

Wembley park easy access by bus or walk. 10 mins walk to north Wembley or south Kenton tube Bakerloo or over ground silver link.

10-15 mins walk Northwick park tube is pleasant walk through Northwick Park itself. Best located for university of westminister students or medical staff at Northwick park hospital nearby. ....

many buses within 2 mins walk from the house..

Fully equipped kitchen with cabinets and drawers, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer are the usual in the kitchen.

A walkable distance to Wembley Designer outlet for walking enthusiasts with plenty of designer shops, cafe bars, Hilton hotel, Novotel hotel, most banks, coffee chain shops, restaurants, north west village, vue cinema, football facilities and plenty more to keep busy. Newly built designer outlet offers a range of job opportunities too at a short walk from the property

Broadband WI FI unlimited use connection will be available at 7 pounds per person per month. There are no other fees, costs, hidden extras or that kind of rubbish. It is a private add.

The extra large room sizes are really spacious with lots of space in them, Good large beds and mattresses. Extremely large Computer desks and proper office chairs just put in. Comfortable set up. lots of lots of space for clothes, shoes, shelves, books, cosmetics and for orderly set up. still, loads of space to swing a cat or a few or walking space in them.

Good central heating so the home benefits from warm atmosphere. On the other hand, in summer, it has a cool cottage type feel in it!

NOT A USUAL TYPICAL LONDON RENTAL SUFFOCATING PLACE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WHEN YOU SEE IT, AS SOON AS YOU WALK INTO A LARGE ENTRANCE HALL, YOU HAVE INSTANT FEELING OF SPACIOUSNESS, ALL THE ROOMS IN THE HOUSE ARE MUCH LARGER THAN AVERAGE. It was not built with intentions to squeeze many rooms into limited space but quite the opposite as it appears that every section in the house is large, i. e all rooms, kitchen, landing, the front as well as the rear garden.

The Rear garden is large. It is mature with many shrubs, trees, plants, flowers and greenery. For some, it may appear to be over grown, others, like myself describe it sweet, relaxing, secluded, calming effect, a garden in true sense with chirping company of many lovely birds.

The journey time is approximately 18-20 minutes to baker street station and 20 to 23 minutes to Bond Street and oxford circus stations. Northwick park hospital and university of Westminster harrow on the hill campus are within easy reach via bus 223. Many other bus routes near by. bus numb 18 and n18 and 182 or 183 and new route 483 stops 2 mins walk from the property.

Relaxed easy going atmosphere, away from too much of hassle, quiet and respectful.

Parking (potentially) may be available for additional cost. can be discussed if really required but we prefer those who do not require parking. There is free parking on the street however.
