The flat is located in Wembley Central, just a 1 minute walk from the Bakerloo and Overground lines, making it very convenient for commuting. It's also very close to pharmacies, supermarkets and the high street, so everything you need is close at hand.
The flat itself is large and brand new. It has a bathroom, an open-plan living room and a all and well equipped kitchen, which you'd share with me and my very lovely and friendly little dog - so it's ideal for someone who likes dog!
The rent is £1,000 per month plus bills (all around £170/£190).
