I’m moving in with my boyfriend so looking for someone to take over my lease. The flatmates are a lovely couple with a cute Cockapoo dog. One is a PhD student the other is a young professional in sustainability.

The apartment complex has 24 hour reception and security, 24 hour gym in the building (free), co-working space, meeting rooms, parcel room. Very convenient and safe!

Wembley Park station is only 8 minutes walk away, with Metropolitan line and Jubilee Line, takes 12 minutes on the tube to get to Baker Street. Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Lidl, Asda, Costco, BoxPark are all within walking distance.
