Double room available in a 4 Bedroom house on Harrow Road. 9 min walk to Stonebridge Park Station (Bakerloo & Overground), 4 min walk to 24/7 convenience stores, 12 min walk from the Wembley Stadium.

The spacious house is occupied by 4 people (and 2 cats) looking for another housemate to fit in an established group.

The ideal housemate will be a professional, well mannered, proactive, disciplined and very clean and tidy.

We're looking for only 1 occupant for the room.

The room has a double bed with mattress, IKEA type shelves and build in wardrobe.

The monthly cost includes share of bills for Water, Gas & Electricity, Council Tax, Internet & TV and most consumable household products (hand soap, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, etc.).

The house has a large kitchen fully equipped with the necessary large appliances (also including dishwasher and dryer) and usual kitchenware.

There is a private garden/terrace to the back of the house and room for 2-3 cars to be parked on the driveway.

Two bathrooms (2 showers and a bathtub) are shared, as well as a spacious living-room, a single guest bedroom and an office space (small-nursery-sized).
