my friend an I are looking for someone to take over the third room in Allium House, a modern apartment complex with amazing facilities. The lease starts on the 1st of October.

📍 Location: Wembley (more details on location can be provided upon request 😊)
💰 Rent: £1,000 pcm (excl. bills)
🔌 Bills: £100–£150 pcm approx.
📄 Tenancy: 12-month contract (name change fee £180- to add your name to the lease agreement )
