The flat is fully furnished and move-in ready, with plenty of storage space. The bedroom has fully closing sliding doors for added privacy. The property also features air conditioning, which is ideal in the summer, and it stays comfortably warm during the winter months.

I only have a few personal items (for example, a full-size mirror) that I’d be happy to sell at a reduced price if interested.
