Hi!
My friend Kai and I are looking for a like-minded creative person to join us in moving into a 3-bedroom flat on Wembley High Road.
The flat is new and unfurnished, and comes with a beautiful wide balcony, washing machine, cooking facilities and built-in wardrobes. It is in council tax band E and we expect combined bills and council tax to come to around £400-450 extra per month, split three ways.
The flat itself is in the 'Uncle' residency building on Wembley High Road and is available at a lower living cost as part of the governments 'LLR scheme'. Because of this it, is not shared publicly by Uncle and we are not able to post pictures of the flat on SpareRoom. The LLR scheme also means that the combined earning of the three of us needs to be under £60,000 per year, so we are only looking for people earning less than £20,000.
It comes with all of the (awesome) benefits of Uncle living which include two free 24 hour gyms, co-working spaces, amongst other cool things. We have exhausted our options of trying to find friends who are ready to move and are now making a last ditch effort to meet the right person.
Kai is an actor, personal trainer and film buff, and I am an actor, sound designer and musician. Creative work is a huge part of our lives and we'd ideally like to grab a coffee and get to know you to see if we're a good fit before going ahead! Unfortunately this flat is being viewed by others imminently so we are looking for someone as soon as possible.
