hiya! i’m khyati, a marketing grad working in fashion. my lovely housemate is moving out next month and im looking for someone to move in soon!
i’m ideally looking for a uni student/ recent grad/ young professional (20-27), but honestly open to anyone who’s clean, easy-going and sociable! would love to live with someone i can also be friends with, not just house sharers. i’m all for cosy nights in, cooking for each other, watching TV but also love nights out! also love hosting cute dinners parties!

rent: £1,300 inc. bills (negotiable)

spacious living room
huge balcony overlooking london (currently a work in progess - promise it’ll look so much cosier in a few weeks!)
beautiful built-in kitchen, i have all the kitchen appliances you’d need and im more than happy to share so you don’t have to buy yourself (microwave/ oven/ kettle/ toaster/ blender/ grinder)
security in the building on busy Wembley days (e. g. concerts)
i've decorated the whole flat with a vintage aesthetic and lots of plants but you're free to add your own decor!
plus points: we always have parrots sitting on our balcony! its the cutest thing ever
