Studio in Wembley – Student Accommodation Sublet

I’m looking for a student to take over my studio from January to September. I’ve been very happy living here, but I will soon be moving in with friends, so I’m arranging a replacement tenant.
The studio is quiet, has a lovely view, and is in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to Wembley Park Station. There are plenty of shops nearby, including Lidl, Tesco, and several Asian supermarkets. Lots of food options as well: Chinese, Indian, Italian, and fast food (McDonald’s is especially close!). Only four stops away from central London, which makes commuting very convenient.
The building is modern and well-equipped, with:
• Study rooms & reading room
• Gym
• Pool table
• Self-service area with printers, vacuum cleaners, and even Nintendo Switch rentals
• Regular social events to help residents connect
I also have a dining table in the room that I’m happy to pass on for free.
This will be an official tenancy transfer through the accommodation, so the process is safe and transparent.
