I’m looking for someone to take over my ensuite room in a modern 2-bed apartment at UNCLE Wembley.
The Room & Flat
Spacious double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom

Suitable for a working professional/couple or students
UNCLE Wembley is a professionally managed, build-to-rent development with excellent facilities:
Two on-site gyms with 24/7 access, two dedicated co-working spaces, ideal for working from home
Resident lounges and social areas, Roof terrace and outdoor spaces. Superfast internet is available.
Parking is included for an extra fee that you will have to discuss with the management directly *
Transport Links:
Wembley Central station (Overground, Bakerloo Line & National Rail) is a short walk away (5-7mins walk)
Fast and convenient connections to Central London
Multiple bus routes are nearby
Wembley Park and Wembley Stadium stations are also accessible for the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines.
About the Household :
You’ll be sharing the flat with a fun, friendly, and easy-going couple. They keep the flat clean and relaxed, respect each other’s privacy, and are looking for someone similar.
The move-in date is flexible, and we’re happy to discuss details to make it work. (ideally, Mid Feb or the start of March)
Our current tenure runs until 31st Aug 2026, and you will be replacing me under the agreement.
Bills, along with council tax, add upto 120-150£/month (Your share)
