About the Household

You’ll be sharing the flat with a fun, friendly, and easy-going couple. We keep the flat clean and relaxed, respect each other’s privacy, and are looking for someone similar.

The move-in date is flexible, and we’re happy to discuss details to make it work. (ideally, Mid Feb or the start of March)

Our current tenure runs until 31st Aug 2026, and you will be replacing me under the agreement.

Bills are not included, and the council tax for the whole flat is 250£/month
