Looking for someone friendly and easy-going to take over my room at Cosmos Apartments, Wembley. Tenancy runs until March 2027 with the option to extend after that. The room available is the smaller one which you can see in the video.
The flat is modern, spacious and always well looked after. Amazing vibes and pretty much everything you need to just jump straight in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer. Your room comes with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. Shower and bath too which is shared.
Please note one room in the flat is already occupied by the current tenant, Areebah. She is super friendly and clean. She loves cooking, going to the gym and is social. She loves her own space. As she works full time you will also have loads of your own space and free time.
Cosmos Apartments is well connected with excellent transport links for getting around London. Sainsbury's Local is right there too with loads of local shops nearby.
Ideally looking for a Muslim girl or someone with a similar mindset. Calm and respectful household, no parties, no smoking. Friends over at weekends for casual hangouts is absolutely fine.
