We have the single room in our house share for rent.
Room is front facing and comes with single bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table.
Just a little bit about us and the house:
Located less than 5 minute walking distance from Preston Road tube station (metropolitan line) as well as 7 minute walk from South Kenton tube station (Bakerloo Line & Lioness Overground line) Zone 4.
Close to some main road shops and a 25 minute walk away from Kenton Sainsbury's, and 30 minutes walk/1 tube stop from 24hr Wembley Park Asda. Also walking distance/short tube or bus ride away from both Harrow on the Hill town centre and Wembley Park amenities. 30 minutes and 3 tube stops from central London Baker Street - very well connected.
Looking to find someone who is a good fit and gets along well with us. The room is available from 30/07/2026. We are all semi-social in the house and have a friendly co-habitable relationship despite being multiple nationalities/ages and varying schedules. We sometimes catch up in the kitchen over cup of tea or when we end up making dinner at the same time, sit in the garden in summer etc however we all also understand the importance of space and quiet time.
2 shared bathrooms with additional third WC, large converted kitchen diner with double doors onto large garden. Always clean and we respect the house and clean up after ourselves and expect this from our new housemate. A professional cleaner comes once every 2 weeks for a deeper clean of all communal areas, however we clean up after ourselves as we go.
We have a great relationship with the property agency who maintain the house who are always quick to respond to any queries we have.
We are all young working professionals between 21 to mid 30s and all get along. There is rarely ever fighting for the bathroom or space around the house.
