I’ve just secured a 3-bed, 3-bath apartment in Quay Walk and am looking for two flatmates to join me.

Rooms Available
* En-suite Room with Balcony: £1,200 pcm + bills (Deposit: £1,200) ( video added , in that the second room is the one)
* Spacious room featuring a private en-suite bathroom and its own balcony.
* Double Room with Private Bathroom: £850 pcm + bills
* Good-sized double room with its own dedicated bathroom located just outside the room (not shared with anyone else, exclusively for your use).

The Apartment & Building

* The Apartment: Fully furnished, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom setup with great views, situated right by the canal.

* Building Amenities: Gym, concierge, resident lounge, co-working space, communal gardens, cinema room, and a games/bowling area.

* Location: HA0 1BE (right between Wembley and Stonebridge Park). Bus stop directly outside, and Stonebridge Park station is a 7–8 minute walk with easy access into central London.
