Wembley Attractive clean double room No couples

Hello , my names kathy . I am a British born Caribbean lady.

I'm a professional Childcare worker, who works for Local Social Services .

I run my Childcare service from outside in my garden log cabin , which is equipped with toilet and all necessary facilities . so so doesn’t affect household. .

I live with my 5 year old son so interested person would be sharing with the both of us.

The house is clean quite , attractive , cozy , with a large garden .
Double room over looks leafy garden.

ROOM HAS =

- SKY TV cable
- WOODEN FLOORS,
- DOUBLE BED
- WARDROBE, DESK
- WI FI .
- CHESTER DRAWS

You will have full use of ,washing machine , fan oven , microwave etc.

All bills included

My home is on a very quiet cul-de-sac road , parking permit needed which would be the responsibility of person interested .

However, is near great transport links .

- 2 mins walk from, high street with , Wembley Central station , Bakerloo line , and overground , 10 mins into central London

- High street also has many local buses taking into central London within 20 mins.

- The high Street is very useful with Gyms , clothing shops, and supermarkets, clubs , bars , restaurants etc

I'm looking ONE person only, Minimum stay 3-6months , kind of person I would like to share with must be

- socially clean and hygienic

- Work full time , ie Monday- Friday or weekend. Not Nights

- Not working from Home , so not a student.

- peaceful and of good character Not too bothered with cooking as kitchen is basic as per picture.

So, to Sum up I'm really looking for somebody that busy and just wants a room , to just put their head down and rest , in a clean , quiet safe attractive home after a hard days work.
