Downstairs front double bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, double duvet and 2 pillows, a built-in wardrobe, a front facing desk, 2 side tables either side of the bed and a storage cabinet (subject to change).
The bedroom is located at the front of the house on a quiet and peaceful backstreet. Kitchen, garden and bathroom will be accessible in our shared family home and an allocation of cupboards and draws will be made available.

Smoking would be preferred outside of the property.

No pets; however we do live with a friendly pet cat and a new puppy dog.

Location of the property is in the heart of Wembley, providing easy access to and from Central London and train lines running outside of London. The three main stations are:

Wembley Stadium Station - 7 minute walk
Wembley Central Station - 15 minute walk
Wembley Park Station - 21 minute walk

Local buses available within a 5 minute walking distance from the property.

Parking not provided and parking restrictions on the street apply.

London Designer Outlet (LDO) is just a 10 minute stroll with options of over 200 brands to choose from and numerous restaurants for dining out. A cinema is also located in the heart of the outlet so there is plenty to do!

Minimum tenancy 3 months.

One month deposit required with a one month written notice.
