Hey, I’m Nic and I’m seeking a flat mate to rent out the second bedroom in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, located in the heart of Wembley (right by the stadium). This is a fully furnished 4th floor flat in the newly built Williamson Heights development, which has a concierge service, access to amazing private rooftop views, a cinema room, an exercise room, communal working space and lounge areas, secure bicycle storage and a communal courtyard.
The available double bedroom comes with a double bedframe, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe space (currently, this is a store room connected to the bedroom - please come and have a look - it is a large space and I am happy to adapt it to your needs). The person taking this room will have the main bathroom to themselves, as I have an en-suite bathroom in my bedroom. I also have a cleaner that visits every month to clean the entire flat ― this will be included in the monthly rent.
The flat has a modern open plan living room and kitchen, as well as a balcony that looks over the courtyard and catches plenty of sunlight. Located around the corner from Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda fresh and short walk from Lidl, the flat is well connected and within walking distance of a number of transport links:
- 1 minute walk to Wembley Stadium (Chiltern/quick train to marylebone station - approx 10mins journey)
- 12 mins walk to Wembley Park (Jubilee/Metropolitan line)
- 12 mins walk to Wembley Central (Bakerloo, Overground and Southern Railway - quick train to Euston)
- 10 minutes from Wembley Boxpark, theatre and SSE arena (if you like live music).
I work as a data manager for a fintech company in London, and like to spend half of the week in the office. This flat share would suit a fellow young professional (tech or any other industry). I’m looking for someone who is sociable, friendly and hopefully shares similar interests. When I’m not working, I do a variety of things. I enjoy painting portraiture, making music, reading, watching football, socializing with friends (either in local bars/restaurants or in the flat), gym training or playing PS5!
