I am looking for a clean and tidy person , respectful of other people's space and of the common areas.
We share the kitchen and the toilet so the new flatmate has to be enough mature to leave the kitchen and the toilet tidy and clean.

I prefer a working professional who does not work from home.

Please kindly note: it is a very quiet flat.
It is not a party flat. No (friend) overnights flat. We aim to keep social life outside the flat.
