Gorgeous Brooklyn loft style room available in Quintain Living apartment coming available in September. Flatmates leaving so looking for someone to take over the spare room. It's furnished with a bed, nightstand and large chest of drawers as well as a sizeable built-in wardrobe. The room comes with an adjacent (not ensuite) bathroom with a bath-over-shower. The rest of the apartment is also furnished and kitchen is well stocked.

Building also features a gym, rooftop terrace, garden and WFH spaces. If you know Wembley Park then you'll know the neighbourhood is packed with food options and so many shops! I love living here and I'm sure you will too.

I work from home 3 days a week so will be around a fair bit. I like to keep my home tidy and presentable so looking for someone with a similar mindset. I do look after a small dog a couple days a week.

Bills are £70 (Half of £140) at the beginning of each month, but reconciliated monthly depending on usage. Council Tax is Band D, £99 a month (Half of £198).
