Looking for a new roomie to join me in my *sanctuary*

The room is in a *luxury* 2-bed apartment with sole access to the main bathroom and comes fully-furnished with:

- double bed
- 2 x side drawers
- triple-door fitted wardrobe
- chest of drawers (inside wardrobe)

The development is extremely safe with 24-hour concierge onsite. The apartment has a large private terrace as well as use of:

- rooftop terrace
- various study workspaces
- 24-hour gym
- Library
- onsite coffee shop
- underground parking (day passes available and/or monthly permit available at an additional cost)

Bills are included in the monthly rent (estimated) and then rectified at the end of the quarter.

Single occupancy (professionals) only.

The room is available from 1st September, 2024 for an initial period of 3 months and then rolling monthly.

ABOUT ME:

I’m Zardine, 32 originally from Swindon but have lived in London since 2011.

I’m a Music Lawyer at Sony Music Publishing (working from home on Monday’s and Friday’s) and in my spare time I enjoy going to gigs, doing karaoke with my girls, spending time with my friends, reading, writing and watching trash reality TV (Big Brother, Love Island, Real Housewives etc.)

For the past 2 years I've shared this INCREDIBLE space with my sister but unfortunately she is moving on to share a place with her partner *tears* so, with that, I’m on the hunt for someone to take over her old room.

I work from home on Monday’s and Friday’s and enjoy having friends over sometimes on a Sunday for a Roast Dinner. It’s not a party house at all, but I am partial to the odd evening of drinks and karaoke.

The location is a 7-minute walk to Wembley Park station (30 minutes to central and access to Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) and Wembley Central Station. There are also nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, cinema, and more.
