I am looking for a replacement (student only) for my studio as I will be going to the United States for academic exchange at the end of April. Since Scape is a student apartment, only individuals with student status can reside here.

Medium studio, larger than regular medium studios due to its corner location, provides a spacious appearance with ample room for activities. Two south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows offer excellent views. A double-sized bed and dining table. There is plenty of storage space under the bed.

The kitchen includes an induction stove and a small oven (microwave).

Following the official contract at £250 per week (£357 originally), including bills.

【Transportation】
Wembley Park subway station is a three-minute walk downstairs, with the Metropolitan Line and Jubilee Line. UCL is 25 minutes away, and KCL, LSE, and UAL are 35 minutes away.

【Facilities】
Downstairs amenities include a gym, cinema room, game area, large kitchen, and study rooms. Check the official website for pictures.

【Surroundings】
Located in the Wembley Park commercial area near Wembley Stadium, offering convenient access to dining and entertainment. The outlet is nearby, and Sainsbury, Tesco, and Amazon Fresh are available. If you prefer budget supermarkets, Lidl and Asda are not too far. Boxpark is a one-minute walk for various food and drink options. Personally, I often visit itsu and Pasta Remoli (I highly recommend this pasta place).
