This is a double bedroom with en-suite (walk-in shower) in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat located walking distance from Wembley Park Station (Jubilee + Metropolitan lines).

I am about to move out and leave this wonderful double bedroom behind, thus we are looking for someone to ideally take over my half of the tenancy. Available August 1st 2024 until Feb 2025.

Possibility to extend contract after this upon conversation with landlord.

The room comes with fitted wardrobes but is unfurnished. However, I may be willing to part with some items if there is interest.

Rent is £1,190 per month. All bills are £70 per month (but have always come in below this, even during the winter), wifi is included in the rent. Council tax is £107 per month. Overall £1,367.28 per month.

Parking is available but at extra cost.

The housemate is a 26 year old working professional in science/pharma. Non-smoker, no pets, mixed diet, and very chill. Lgbt+ inclusive.
