Important: only for students because of the accommodation policy(can be mitigated by making private rather than official contract).

Rent: £180 per week including bills (negotiable), the current official price is 230pw. Rent should effect through official contract（the accomodation require the subsequent residents to pay the whole amount for the rest of day if creating a official rent contract. if you cannot pay, we can make a private deal within which i require at least 4 week rent in advance）.

Lease term: After June 19th, you can choose your own start date, lease ends on September 5th. (the earliest starting date will be 8th June if you really want)

Distance to UCL: 30 minutes by subway, to KCL: 40 minutes by subway.

Nearby amenities: Within a 3-minute walk, there are Lidl, Tiantian Supermarket and McDonald's. Within 10 minutes, there are Tesco Express, Sainsbury's, and a large Asda. IKEA and Tesco Extra are reachable by the 206 bus in 15 minutes.

Entertainment facilities: The apartment comes with a study room, cinema room, and activity room. There is a free commercial gym with a pool downstairs. The apartment is adjacent to Wembley Stadium, a 3-minute walk to Boxpark, and about 10 minutes to the outlet shopping center.

Safety: Wembley Park subway station to the apartment is a 5-minute walk along main roads, with good security.

Roommate: Friendly Chinese male with good daily routines and no bad habits.
